From my first experience with Maestro’s a few years back, I’ve always been in love with this steakhouse from the appetizers and all the way through to the dessert. It’s one of those tasting experiences, where your stomach hates you for torturing it, but your tongue just keeps wanting more. This time was no different from the last. The fresh fresh bread, caesar salad, creamed corn, mac n cheese, lobster mashed potatoes, the ribeye… mmmmmm…
This time, I’d like to highlight the dessert.
1. The slice of birthday cake that I’d like to call the “Juicy” cake. It was a rich chocolate layered cake drizzled with some sort of sweet syrup, which made the texture less fluffy and more … “juicy.” No other way to describe it, but it was a very enjoyable texture.
2. Butter Cake!!!! This is what I rave about to everyone. It comes out warm with a creamy cold scoop of vanilla icecream. Buttaaaaaaahhhhh… eyes rollingggg… mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…… click the thumbnail to see it’s full buttery warm glory!! glory!!
Conclusion: Maestro’s is the bomb diggity and I can’t wait for it to come to Vegas. (Hopefully, it will NOT be watered down. High hopes high hopes…*crossing fingers)
