Beefy Soupy Bits

I know I know… didn’t I already blog about this one? Yes, but not by itself in it’s very own blog post. =) It’s so good that it deserves it’s own spotlight.

I am such a big Anthony Bourdain fan girl that pretty much anything he says is gold. Is that a good thing? In the case of Sapp Coffee Shop Thai boat noodles and the episode with the noodle whore it is. So ever since I trying the thai boat noodles after that episode a few years back, I’ve a been a big fan ever since.

This stuff is mutha beepin’ tasty. Because their tangy, slightly spicy beefy broth is so good, I think that is the reason why they only ladle just enough to cover your noodles and thinly sliced beef not wanting to waste any the good stuff to someone who can appreciate it.

Here’s picture from a past post to show you the beefy soupy bits! See them? =D

Conclusion: beefy soup goodness with chewy rice noodles = mutha beepin’ deliciousness. 5/5 beeps
